Pear and Lily Bulb Jelly
About Lily Bulb
Lily bulb has thick fresh pure white colour, sweet taste and little fiber. Being able to relieve cough, reduce phiegm soothe nenes, keep people young and delay aging Lily is called vegetable ginseng.
INGREDIENTS
1 pear
1 pc fresh lily bulb
1 pack lychee flavour jelly powder
1 tablespoon gelatin
1 cup warm water
½ cup water
1 tablespoon cane sugar
1. Peel, core and dice the pear. Blend until smooth.
2. Add warm water to jelly powder, blend until well dissolved.
3. Cool the jelly mixture in room temperature.
4. Add in pear juice then chill in refrigerator.
5. Meanwhile, wash lily bulb, peel off withered surface layers and dice.
6. Boil ½ cup of water, then melt cane sugar.
7. Add the lily bulb in the cane sugar solution.
8. Dissolve gelatin with small amount of hot water.
9. Remove from heat, add gelatin.
10. Allow the gelatin mixture in room temperature until cooled down.
11. Add gelatin mixture to jelly.
12. Serve cold.
